Project Management Experience

 

 

 

Founder and Director of the PC Reclamation Project (2003-2006)

Solicited donations of computer equipment from local businesses, repaired and repurposed equipment using open source software, and makes them available to low income students and non profit entities at no charge. Since program inception The PC Reclamation Project has placed over 150 computers with students in the Sweetwater Union High School District, San Diego Unified School District as well as other non profit entities The following is a sample of previous mini lab deployments:

 

    1. Juvenile County Court School at Jackie Robinson YMCA (Mini lab 4 computers and a network laser printer)

    2. Castle Park Middle School (Mac lab 27 computers and a network laser printer)

    3. Diamond Business Improvement District (Mini lab 2 computers and a network laser printer)
